Hannah bravely performed her Piano recital piece at the ceremony

At the tender age of 8 Hannah has written and produced her first lay. It was performed at the girls scout ceremony and was about two horses and a panda bear on a quest to get ice-cream. Look out Uncle here comes the competition!!!

The girls ate a lot of sweets at Hannah's ceremony and you might notice Sophie's chocolate grin in this picture. Hannah is booing the Yankees by the way.

After looking at all the Red Sox t-shirts at Hannah's girl scout ceremony Sophie insisted on putting on and sleeping in her Yankees tshirt. Here she is yellling "Go yankees!"

Halmoni and Harabugi joined us for Hannah's march in this years Memorial Day parade. She marched with her brownie troop. It's hard to see but you'll notice Sophie is carrying a mini black Barney's bag (from Manhattan). She was holding it to catch candy that the paraders throw at the parade watchers. This is a sweet custom in Chelmsford. She sure got a lot of candy. And, the Barney's bag suited her just fine.

Here comes Hannah's Troop!!

Everyone is hot and sweaty after the parade and sit in a shady spot to cool off. Hannah says her legs still hurt!

Sophie had tray day at school which means she got to eat lunch at school and practice being a "grader". As you can see she enjoyed the experience. But she still looks too little to me!!
